Last minute staycation. Very friendly front desk employee(Greg I believe). The room super nice and clean. Even had a sofa area to watch TV that I didn't expect. Bathrooms clean and accommodating. I mainly came to swim since my condo pool had already closed at Labor Day. Had the pool to myself. Very clean, could tell it was well chlorinated and maintained. Looking forward to continental breakfast. I'm a happy visitor thus far. Thank you.

The hotel itself was great, very clean, very friendly, breakfast was good (for the average Hampton Inn breakfast). They setup a room service visit without having to ask for it half way through my week stay. The only issue with this location is the Interstate noise. I figured I'd hear some since it was close by, but more than I expected. If road noise bothers you, you may not like staying here. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that except maybe upgrade the windows with some better sound proofing.

The service and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond. I felt very welcome. The hotel is clean in the entry, the breakfast area, and rooms. Helped with hairspray that I had forgotten. There was a variety at the breakfast bar. It was clean, well maintained area.

Had a great breakfast in the morning, needed bigger trash cans in the rooms and had nowhere to throw trash away but in two super small cans. The head room service clerk was very rude to us.

Very convenient place. We walk to a couple of places just to grab a bite. The hotel was clean and even though there was a kid's soccer team and their families staying in the hotel we had a great time during breakfast. The personnel is very polite and friendly. All areas were clean and kept properly. We didn't need room service so we didn't inquire about it. Worked perfectly.

Good clean rooms, dark dated washrooms, average breakfast, and below average pool with extremely poor lighting. The hallways were noisy, and the lounge area was always full of loud, rowdy children and families with no place to sit. In a nice area but about 30 mins from downtown Cincinnati.
